Do I need to be home during the service?

For the initial property visit, it's helpful to be present so we can walk through your goals together. For the actual service, you don't need to be home as long as we have access to the work area. We'll communicate the completion and send before/after photos.

Is Olympic Tree Service licensed and insured?

Absolutely. Olympic Tree Service LLC is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington State. We carry both general liability and workers' compensation insurance, protecting you, your property, and our crew on every job.

What happens to the wood and debris after the job?

Complete debris removal and cleanup is always included in our service. We haul away all branches, logs, and debris. If you'd like to keep firewood or wood chips for your garden, just let us know — we're happy to leave them for you.

How long does a typical tree removal take?

Most residential tree removals are completed within a few hours to a full day, depending on the size and complexity. Large commercial projects or multiple-tree jobs may take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline during your free estimate.

Do you offer financing for large jobs?

Yes! We offer flexible financing options on jobs $500 and up. We also accept all major credit/debit cards, checks, cash, and digital payments (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay). Ask us about financing when you request your quote.
