Olympic Tree Service LLC uses two-way text messaging so you can reach a real person quickly about your estimate, appointment, or invoice. Text messaging is optional — you can always call or email us instead.
We send text messages only to customers and prospective customers who have given us permission — for example by giving us your mobile number when you request an estimate or book work, by checking a consent box on our online request form, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any service from us.
Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. Most customers receive only a handful of messages per job — typically fewer than 10 per month. Conversational replies are sent as needed while we are working with you.

When you text with us we collect your mobile phone number, the content and timestamps of the messages, and any photos or details you choose to send. We use this only to communicate with you about your service, and we retain it as part of your service record.
You can cancel text messages at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send STOP, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and after that we will no longer send you text messages. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the exceptions described in When we share information below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. The only parties that handle your number in connection with our messaging program are the messaging and CRM providers that deliver the messages on our behalf, and they may not use it for their own marketing.
Customer information is kept in password-protected, access-controlled business systems — primarily our field service software — and is accessible only to the owners, office staff, and crew members who need it to do their jobs. We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections, unique accounts with strong authentication, and vendors who maintain their own recognized security programs. Paper documents such as signed work orders are stored securely and disposed of when no longer needed.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive information such as full card numbers or government ID numbers by text or email.
We keep customer records for as long as you are a customer and afterward for as long as we need them for the purposes described in this policy — typically to honor workmanship questions, support insurance and warranty matters, and satisfy tax, accounting, and legal recordkeeping requirements.
